The hotel is located in an area with a rough slope, which provides an interesting view. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nice and clean, with both shower cubicle and separate tub. the gym has quality machines and there is valet parking available.

Some guests had trouble communicating with staff who only spoke limited Hindi and English.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located near the city center, which made it convenient for us to explore the city. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant and the opportunity to relax in the spa.

We found that some of the staff members lacked hospitality skills and were unresponsive to our requests. The air conditioning in our room was not functioning well, and the noise from the corridor outside kept us awake.

Great amenities and exceptional service provided during our city trip. the facilities were clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the variety of food choices offered in the restaurants and were satisfied with the quality of food. the location was ideal and provided easy access to main tourist attractions. the staff was also friendly and went out of their way to cater to our needs.

This hotel was a luxurious experience! the exclusive amenities provided such as a private balcony with a stunning view, and an exquisite Bar/ Lounge area, made the stay unforgettable. the prime location provided easy access to popular tourist attractions. the room advantages were remarkable as they included elegant furniture, opulent bedding, and high-quality bath products. The service was exceptional with staff accommodating all of my needs, and providing prompt assistance for any concerns. Cons: the only minor issue was the parking situation which was limited, but there was additional parking nearby. Nonetheless, the private facilities were fantastic including a gym and a relaxing spa with a Jacuzzi.

Cleanliness was top-notch; the hotel facilities were well-maintained, including the gym and Jacuzzi; staff was very friendly and attentive, making sure our silver jubilee program group had everything we needed; and the location was easy to access and situated on level ground.
